While we prefer to focus on new construction, from time to time we take on large renovations for individuals. Through a network of real estate professionals, we also occasionally purchase a residential unit in need of heavy repairs. When we take on a renovation project, our aim is to recreate a home that is better than new, more up to date, and as strong or stronger than the original unit to ensure maximum survivability during hurricane season.
